Stichting Mevrouw Jules Dhondt-Dhaenens: Open Call for Two Funded Residencies at Woning Van Wassenhove
Stichting Mevrouw Jules Dhondt-Dhaenens is proud to announce two new residencies at the Woning Van Wassenhove, in partnership with the Lampens Estate.
The two residencies each allow one Europe-based candidate of any nationality to stay in the Woning Van Wassenhove for up to 4 consecutive weeks between September and December 2021.
How applicants choose to take advantage of their stay in the Woning Van Wassenhove is open, so long as the occupation of the house, its locality and architectural identity, are put to productive use. The resident is expected to organize a public-facing output at the Woning Van Wassenhove or Museum Dhondt-Dhaenens, either at the end of their stay or later, showcasing aspects of their practice in relation to the residency.
Applicants can only apply to one of the two residencies.
FABA Artist Residency: Aimed at practicing visual artists in any creative field.
Art and Architecture Residency: Aimed at practitioners in any creative discipline whose work is situated at the intersection of art and architecture.
Deadline: March 14, 2021
