The international group exhibition Actions of Art & Solidarity is curated by Office for Contemporary Art Norway (OCA), and organised in collaboration with Kunstnernes Hus. It includes works by both national and international artists operating in the name of cultural, socio-political and environmental solidarity across various geographies and contexts from the 1960s to the present. The exhibition will moreover consider the ways in which Norway played a part in these important solidarity movements, taking Kunstnernes Hus’ historic dedication to artistic solidarities as a context. The public programme is co-curated by OCA and Kunstnernes Hus.
