POSITION: Art Foundation Coordinator

LOCATION: Remote with travel opportunities and regular team meetings in various European locations

SCHEDULE: 9:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Gross 24,000€ per annum

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven individual that can provide overall support (marketing and administration mainly) to an organisation in the arts. This is a varied role working closely with the team on multiple aspects of the organisation, from website updates and social media content creation to newsletters management and day to day administrative tasks.

We welcome a highly organised, self-motivated individual with an interest in the art, a desire to learn and bring in new ideas. The successful candidate will be working in a fun and progressive environment with opportunities to grow with the organisation as it develops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the director to onboard new members: Creation and population of a webpage, credentials set up and events’ diarising
  • Daily contact with senior staff of international art foundations dealing with general enquiries
  • Video editing of the virtual calls and publishing them on to the online platform and social media channels
  • Researching and collating information about members to subsequently share on social media channels
  • Creating and sending weekly newsletters
  • Data entry

The person selected should have the following essential qualities and tools:

  • Excellent understanding and execution of social media tools
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A flexible, organised, reliable, and conscientious approach to work
  • Use of their own computer with access to the internet
  • An interest in art
  • Additional languages are a plus
