Fonds Hélène & Édouard Leclerc pour la culture : Secretary-Accountant

The Fonds Hélène & Édouard Leclerc pour la Culture is recruiting, within the framework of a permanent contract, a secretary and accountant. You will work as part of a permanent team of 12 employees, in close collaboration with the Fund’s reception and public relations manager and the shop manager and under the authority of the management team.

Missions :

Administrative agent involved in the work of:
> Processing of incoming and outgoing mail (according to procedure)
> Maintaining the switchboard
> Writing letters
> Note taking and reporting
> Monitoring, filing and maintenance of the corresponding files
> Follow-up of the Management’s agenda (making appointments, organising travel, etc.)
> Recording, allocation, reconciliation in general and cost accounting
> Management work (financial flows, bank monitoring)
> Supplier follow-up (verification upon receipt of invoice compliance, invoice follow-up, etc.) reception/payment, classification by payment date in the initials for the follow-up of the (e.g., payments, preparation of cheques or transfer slips for signature)
> Tax returns
> Versatility on all tasks related to cashier management in ticket offices and shops (procedures and software)

> 3 years’ experience in a similar position
> Mastery of accounting software and the Office package (EBP, Word, Excel…)
> Sense of confidentiality

> Detail-oriented, energetic
> Enjoy communicating

Miscellaneous: Sunday work

Conditions of the position:
Hourly volume: Full-time 35 hours per week

Type of contract: permanent contract
