Hill Art Foundation : Associate

Hill Art Foundation seeks a full-time Associate to join its small but growing team. The individual must be a self-starter who pays great attention to detail and is excited to join a startup environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, forward thinking and knowledgeable in and curious about new technologies.



● As an initial point of contact, greet all incoming visitors and answer any questions

● Manage Foundation’s social-media channels and update website when needed

● Assist with special events and openings at the Foundation

● Maintain the Foundation’s master calendar

● Provide overall administrative assistance



● BA Degree in Art History or related degree

● 2 – 3 years of administrative experience

● Professional manner, excellent communication skills, problem solver

● Knowledge of Photoshop, GSuite and ability to assist with scanning, printing, and data entry

● Strategic thinker with a background in social media

● Highly organized and maintains great attention to detail

● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be a team player

● High degree of integrity, must treat information with discretion and confidentiality

● Availability to work Saturdays
