Missions
As part of her winter exhibition (December 15, 2019 to April 26, 2020), the library-store manager is looking for several agents for the following missions:
> Ensure receipts, reception and cloakroom at the FHEL bookshop/shop
> Ensure that the shelves are well maintained: positioning, storage and replenishment
> Guide and advise visitors on the products available in the shop (books and related products)
> Ensure the reception of goods: entry into stock and verification of the conformity of deliveries
> Depending on the flow of visitors or during periods of public closure, different tasks will be assigned (inventories, parcel preparations, etc…)
> Versatile, you may have to meet the needs of different departments.

> First experience in a bookstore desired
> Dynamic, smiling and friendly
> Knowing how to ensure a warm welcome
> Know how to talk about products and ensure sales
> Ability to work in a team and independently
> Have a good listening skills
> Interest in culture, art and books
> Good general knowledge, curiosity and memory
> Be a force of proposal, know how to take initiatives
> Merchandising: knowing how to renew and enhance the presentation of the sales space
> Rigour and organizational capacity
> Be comfortable with calculation and computer tools. Experience in cash management and/or counting appreciated
> Enduring and in good physical condition, carrying heavy loads is not a problem.
Terms and Conditions
Hourly volume: Full-time 35 hours per week
Type of contract: Fixed-term contract
B permit with vehicle
