For two decades, the Pierre Gianadda Foundation has been exploring and sharing the world of Impressionist painters with monographs of a very large scale. In the pursuit of this impulse, Paul Cézanne’s hundred or so works – eighty paintings and twenty or so watercolors and drawings – from the most prestigious international collections, today highlight the place and role of the master of art, Aix through the representation of nature, marrying this Song of the Earth whose work celebrates the quintessence towards modernity.
