Background information
The Foundation is looking for an intern for its Visual Arts and Crafts department for 5 to 6 months, full time and under contract. Internship to be filled from September and based in Paris.

Main activities
The trainee, under the responsibility of the project manager, and attached to the project manager, will assist them on a daily basis on operational missions depending on the activity and needs, around several areas:

– Assistance with the implementation of the Academy of Know-How program to be launched in January 2021;

– Preparation of artists’ contracts for the exhibition spaces;

– Assistance in organizing events for employees;

– Assistance in the follow-up of counterparts with partner institutions;

– Processing of sponsorship applications related to the plastic arts and design;

Candidate profile
Master 2 level, student of business school, IEP, university (history, history of art, masters specialized in cultural management).

Possessing a strong interest in the cultural field, particularly crafts, plastic arts and design. Proof of at least one successful professional experience in this field.

Possessing an interest in and knowledge of corporate philanthropy.

Legal notions would be a plus.

Already have some knowledge of the world of business and how it works, through a first experience/internship.

Mastery of English and Office tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Required qualities: rigour, reactivity, multidisciplinarity, autonomy, flexibility, mastery of English and enthusiasm.
